Final #BLMSurvivalFund grantee story is from Deanna Joseph, the mom of Andrew Joseph. Andrew was killed crossing Interstate 4 in Tampa Bay after police wrongfully arrested him and left him by the side of the road. He was just 14. Deanna’s dream is to create healing centers for family members of people killed by police so that they have a place to go for hope, help, and healing.
